Our story is one of divine timing, manifestation, and a connection like no other! It’s also a story of how at times our new relationships can connect deeper than the old. Externally we were both told that this friendship would likely not be the best fit, which only brought forward our first of many commonalities… 

Externally it may have been said by a few that we wouldn’t vibe, and in this, we found one of our first commonalities. Skepticism being a gateway to truth. 

By traveling with us through our work or to the literal blue zones of the world you will soon find that we feel destined in our human experience to seek out paths, adventures, relationships, experiences, and even business ventures that go against the grain …and are not for the faint of heart. 

Stephanie Linos, once the youngest female representative in tech sales at Equinix continuously outperformed all of her division before the age of 28 only to leave to start her own business, Alche[me], and Alex Trakas, the former CEO of herself made multi-studio company BASH Boxing - were both deeply connected to their masculine energy. This goal-oriented duo knew nothing if it wasn’t hard work, career dedication, validation, and willingness their way to ‘success’

We place those quotes above because as the external goals became larger, the loss of identity for these two deeply intuitive, passionate, and caring Pisces women began to dissipate. Separately, we both began a healing journey that would soon unlock our true gifts. 

By turning inward again, we were able to source our deepest desires, reconnect to the power of our femininity, and expel the need for explanation. 

We found our true selves again. When we were able to ignite the power of this TwinFlame energy, our connection, once present, was undeniable and the fastest-growing sisterhood we had both ever experienced.

We became each other’s sounding boards, learning new modalities (breathwork, applied neurology, somatic practice, energetic healing, and intuitive movement) to connect the duality of our existence. Once we felt we had reached a point of healing where feminine and masculine danced effortlessly back and forth, and we were able to lead our lives from this place of choice - everything began to change.
