In the stillness of the desert, far from the noise of daily life, we invite you to drop into your body, your breath, and your truth. Rebirth Beneath the Desert Sun isn’t just a tagline, it’s a felt experience.
Over four days in Palm Springs, you’ll be held in a sanctuary of nervous system restoration, somatic practice, deep emotional release, and connection. Through breath, movement, sound, workshop, and sacred ritual, we’ll peel back the layers and meet the self beneath the stories.
With nourishing meals, intentional community, and healing desert landscapes, Oasis is a portal for those ready to shed the old and remember the wisdom within.

What to expect

Each morning we will engage in some sort of movement practice — such as yoga, pilates, strength, or a hike in the beautiful trails in Palm Springs. Our multi-sensorial sessions allow you to experience the power of a community-based, deeply connected practice.

Each day there will be workshops to understand our patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that are and are not serving us. You will be given an actionable blueprint to rewire your belief systems and patterns to support your transformation. Some of the topics we will cover include: nervous system regulation, shadow work, quantum leaping, manifestation, and somatic practice.

Alex & Steph lead you through the workshops and offer 1:1 coaching throughout the experience. This intimate coaching container allows you to catapult into the timeline you desire.

Breathwork is a staple practice in uprooting limiting beliefs and regulating our nervous system. Expect to have breath lead us through each meditation and ceremony.

Learn how to regulate you nervous system with easy drills you can do daily. When we have a regulated nervous system we are able to handle stress with more ease and move with integrity.

Energy healing is a practice of connecting to your highest self/god/source/universe and clearing out other energies that are pulling you off your midline. You will be guided in this practice to help you find more clarity.

Will we engage with different sacred rituals, like hape, herbalism and cacao. Using these sacred plants to help us connect deeper to ourselves and the earth around us.
Our Cacao ceremony is a heart-opening ceremony to help cultivate a deeper relationship with our highest self.

This is our first Villa style retreat where we will all be living a the house together. Expect this to feel even more intimate and to get more time as a collective group.

We will be enjoying healthy, organic, food each day. We have curated the food menu to include food for any dietary need and to help support a holistic wellness experience. Expect to have a chef come to prepare some of the meals and one group dinner out at a local restaurant with incredible food!

You will have the option to add on spa services at the hotel near by, La Quinta. We also have a beautiful pool in the backyard to lounge by during the day and incredible shopping nearby.
The cost of the retreat includes most meals, workshops, ceremonies, workouts, breathwork, and your accommodations. Some of the lunches will be on your own so you have the opportunity to explore Palm Springs. There will be between 7-9 people on this retreat total meaning you will get a lot of support.

This is our most intimate retreat yet — all guests and facilitators staying under the same roof and maxing out at 9 people.

This unit features a bunk bed with one full-sized bed and one twin bed. It is extremely comfortable and perfect for friends who want to bunk together, literally!
