  • “I came off my anxiety medication while working with Steph. Growing up with OCD, my intrusive thoughts held me back from jumping right into things. They held me back from getting out the door because I had to take one last picture of the stove being off or touching the light fixture one more time. On a deeper level, my anxiety also sometimes had me caring too hard. To the point where I felt like I had no control over my emotions because I was pouring them all into someone else who was in pain. I’ve realized with Alcheme that we can only help others if we are helping ourselves first and the minute we sacrifice our happiness for someone else, we lose a lot of what makes us who we are.

    The weekly chats with Steph were always one of the highlights of my week. It is a no judgement zone and Steph never makes you feel like any issue or roadbump is too small to talk about.

    I feel a sense of food freedom and also feel more confident without alcohol. Eating more protein has made me more energized and feel more and more unstoppable with what I want to do in life! The physical aspect - getting stronger and being more confident in strength training has changed my entire mindset around fitness. I stopped relying on my fitness watch tracker for “results” and started relying on how my body felt. I did cardio when I wanted to, opposed to it being a non-negotiable.   • "Where do I begin! I’m Francesca Version 2 - seriously I’ve changed so much in the last 52 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. I’m much more grounded then I’ve ever been. I’m more present in my day to day. I am able to handle the high highs and the low lows with a much more balanced approach. I can drop into my breath and body without panicking (which I never thought was possible) I am more willing to feel more and sit with my emotions instead of deflect and buffer them. The relationships in my life have improved because I’ve built up more self confidence and don’t allow other peoples energy to affect my own. I’m no longer resulting to negative self talk if everything doesn’t go “perfectly”.

    It’s truly incredible. I’ve grown more in the last 52 weeks then I ever have in my life and that is a result of working with you. The tools you’ve provided and your perspective - it’s unmatched. Your presence and how you’d show to support me and listen was SO important - I always felt comfortable to share with you. Breaking down barriers, peeling back the layers on certain beliefs, and even busting certain nutrition myths all of it was valuable. I’d say the best part of working with you is that I feel as if what you’ve taught me is truly sustainable.

    If you’re considering Alcheme, here is what I would say… You don’t have it all figured out even if you think you do. And that’s ok, because you never will. But if you’re at all willing to invest in yourself and elevate you’re well being and becoming the highest version of yourself - I promise you working with Stephanie will do just that. We all have so much potential and what Stephanie does such an amazing job at, is giving you the tools to realize your potential and how to use those tools to make changes to better yourself. “

  • “10/10, truthfully. This has completely changed my view of health and fitness, and has drastically changed my life. I was so wildly restrictive with my diet, so focused on cardio, doing strength and having no idea why I couldn't build muscle. I now eat ~500 more calories a day and incorporated carbs which was a "red hot no" for me before this program. I really thought I would spike a lot of weight with these alterations but if anything it has gotten me to a health, strong, and toned physique.

    I am in love with the gym, and I can confirm I would NOT feel this way without Alche{me} guidance and suggestions. I would likely have only utilized a membership for the stair master... lol what a waste of tools! This program also steered me toward mental calmness... I am a firecracker with stress sometimes, but with box breathing techniques and journaling, I am so much more calm now.

    I liked all aspects of the program, but for me personally the macro breakdown was huge. I was so, so off.... my goals would have never been met had I done what I thought was sufficient in terms of diet. I also never ever felt comfortable going into a gym aside from doing cardio. I felt inexperienced, intimated, unfamiliar with any of the machines. This workout routines gave me full guidance and the confidence to walk in with a plan... 12 weeks ago I would have NEVER imagined I would utilize what I do now, but I get up in the morning excited to get to my workouts :)

    The macro guidance, gym program, and from-personal-experience suggestions, have all changed my life for the better, and I am so thankful I signed up for this!"

  • I LOVED THIS! Since my goals were mainly to just tighten and tone, I feel like I accomplished that along the way. I am SO much stronger than I was, and I finally know how to eat healthy and more consistently and just more overall. Not being afraid to eat is like the biggest relief because the mental battle before I started this process was so real. I feel like I made progress in so many areas and I finally have the pieces that I need moving forward to have an eating plan and a fitness plan and if I can rock that consistently then I'll only get better from here. Would definitely recommend to peers who were in the same boat as I was!

    I really liked talking through the food aspect of things and trying to better understand portions, what food made me feel good and what made me feel bloated, and making a plan for when I go out to eat so that I can make good choices and also understand why those are good choices and why some meals are more nutritious than others (sometimes ones I hadn't even considered before)! I think breaking down the barrier that the more I ate the worse off I would be was huge for my mental health and overall journey. I never really thought of food as fuel and I feel like I set my body free from that fight or flight mode that it used to be in so I can actually get after my workouts with more energy and build muscle and do some badass things!

    I'm so grateful for this experience. I cannot believe how fast the time flew! Thanks for working with me and getting me back on track and giving me all the tools that I need to be successful and healthy and all the good things. I'm really excited to build on what I've learned, have more structured and balanced meals and workouts that I enjoy doing that I know are actually getting me somewhere as opposed to just winging it!

  • "I had no idea how much I needed this program. I did Inner Alcheme with Steph and I honestly don't know how i was surviving before this program. I was an anxious mess tbh. Steph has a talent for not only finding root causes for triggers & limiting beliefs in your life, she also gives tools to be able to deal with the day to day bullshit. I do not think she has a judgemental cell in her body. Like you could tell her ANYTHING and she would not bat an eye. She is very knowledgeable in ways to help you in the moment and over the long term. I feel my life is significantly better now. I feel happier and more at ease."

  • "Let's start with the fact that I lost 30lbs in 3 months eating more food than I ever thought possible. I was always on a diet, restricting myself to 1000 calories a day and I would lose weight and then immediately gain it back. Steph is the real deal, she knows her stuff you just have to trust the process. I also love my new routines. I never thought I would be a person who meditates and now it is a staple in my days.   • It was amazing. There was a lot of moments of realization for me. I got to learn a lot about my unhealthy habits and was able to learn how to make eating healthy more sustainable. But my experience wasn’t just about eating healthy and exercise. It was much more than that. We focused on disassociating losing weight with exercising.

    if someone was considering this program I would tell someone to totally do it. It is an investment in themselves. You learn a lot about how a healthy mind leads to a healthy body. I am stronger, my clothes fit better and I am down lbs!
