Together we’ll accelerate your growth as a conscious individual and reconnect you to your intuition, unveiling your true self. As we excavate the shadows, you will be held in a safe space surrounded by other women willing to walk toward a path of alignment.

We will use group discussion, somatic practices, breathwork, applied neurology, neuro linguistic programming, shadow work, and movement to work with the body on a physical, energetic and emotional level allowing for radical transformation.
